Metal Darth Bane Style Lightsaber

It's the time most of You may have been waiting for: we're launching our new Metal Series of empty FX saber hilts!

These hilts are metal (well duh!), mostly aluminium but they may have some parts made of brass or 3D printed plastics. The hilts are designed to accept FX electronics inside, and unless otherwise mentioned, the blade holder takes standard 1" blade tubes. Hilts also break into various threaded components for easy access to FX electronics.

This particular model was inspired by a comic version of an ancient dark lord, Darth Bane. The hilt measures approx. 300mm in overall length, and the hilt ID is 27mm. Pommel has 30mm clearance, in case You want to use 28mm speaker. Ribbed sections have 3D printed Flexible PLA sleeves, which gives this hilt a unique feel, being a mixture of different 'space age' materials. Pommel has sound holes drilled. The hilt does NOT come with switch hole, or blade retention screw, though!

Please note! These hilts are NOT CNC machined in China! They are made with manual lathe and manual milling machine in a garage workshop in southern Finland! Thus, ALL the Metal Series hilts WILL come with minor imperfections, and if you order two of the same model, even they may have subtle differences between them. Each hilt we make is still a one-off!
