STL Package for Shaak Ti/Adi Gallia/Barriss Offee Hilt

Files for 3D Printing a Lightsaber Hilt Prop

€4.90

We're proud to present one of our top models, a lightsaber hilt inspired by Aayla Secura's weapon from iconic Star Wars Prequel Trilogy movies. Similar hilt was also wielded by several other characters, such as Shaak Ti and Agen Kolar. The package also contains parts to assemble a shorter Barriss Offee variation.

The ZIP package contains whopping 13 separate files, so you can print & post process them easier. Major parts also have a quick lock mechanism, to join them together, but smaller parts needs to be glued. You can also mount these parts on a 22mm (7/8") tube or rod, for added structural integrity or weight. In general, we consider our model of this prop dimensionally very accurate!

Designed for FDM printing, but we can't see why this wouldn't work with SLA as well. Should be fine for 0.2mm layer height, but you'll get more details for smaller parts with 0.12mm precision. We recommend using a bit stronger material (PETG or such, for example) for covertec wheel, especially if you're planning on actually carrying this on your belt. The package includes file for black rubber O-ring too, you can print those out of flexible PLA or TPU perhaps, but best bet would be actual rubber O-rings. 32mm OD with 3mm wall thickness should work fine.

Aside that, the recommended parts needed are:
-Glue
-Sand paper (optional)
-Paint (unless you're printing out of Silk filaments)
-22mm (7/8") rod or tube
-2x 5mm accent LED, round dome, clear
-Dome head hex screw for covertec wheel, M4 or 8-32

For printing some parts, we recommend using supports!
